Order Cancellation Policy

Please note that we accept order cancellations requests ONLY within 24 hours after the order has been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order, you have to contact our support team by submitting a support ticket and let them know of your decision. If you contact us after 24 hours, no order cancellation will be processed.

Also, please make sure that you enter a valid shipping address in your order form. We recommend you double check your order information before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product. If after you have placed your order, you notice that the address was specified incorrectly, please contact us as soon as you can to inform us.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.s
